Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you share through the project enquiry form on this website.

What is collected

The details you enter in the form — your name, email address, optional company and website, and the information about your project, budget and timeline. Enquiries are emailed to me as a notification. To protect the form from abuse, a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent are also stored.

How it is used

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to discuss and plan your project. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing or added to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in this website's database and may be forwarded to Neil Marlow's email inbox as a notification. Data is kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the information you submitted at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also contact the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.

Visit statistics

To understand which pages are useful, this site records anonymous page views: the page, the referring website, any campaign tag in the link, and your device type, browser and (where your connection provides it) country. No cookies are used and your IP address is never stored — visits are grouped using a code that changes every day and can't be traced back to you. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is recorded. Statistics are deleted after 180 days. If you send an enquiry, the pages viewed during that visit are linked to it so I can understand what you were interested in.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only to keep the site owner signed in to the admin area.
